At a recent event Deepika Padukone had expressed her keenness to work as an assistant director just to get familiar with the job of filmmaking. Taking her wish a step further Arjun Kapoor has already offered her a job asking her to be AD in his next.

Kapoor quipped, "Imagine having Deepika knocking on our vans and saying, "Shot ready hai." Who would not want to have her as an assistant director then." Guess filmmakers will certainly make a beeline for the actress.
