B-town A-listers who got injured on film sets

Bollywood is ruled by stars who deliver the best of the Indian cinema laden with action, fiction and stunts. But the glamour attached to the action packed films comes at a price. As the films edge towards real action and actors turn sporty to not use a body-double, accidents are bound to happen. Hrithik Roshan suffered a head injury while shooting an action scene for 'Bang Bang' whereas Shah Rukh Khan fractured his shoulder and knee on the sets of 'Happy New Year'. Look how the B-town A-listers suffered grievous injuries on the sets of their films.

Good friends Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan are back with their new flick 'Happy New Year'. But the fans of King Khan still remember SRK's bandaged shoulder during the promotions of his last him 'Chennai Express'. While that was due to a surgery, a door also fell on SRK while shooting for 'Happy New Year' at a five-star hotel in Mumbai. But he resumed shooting after getting medical aid. However, it was later realised that he had fractured his shoulder and his knee patella had torn. Despite being advised bed rest, Shah Rukh was seen with a bandaged shoulder and a walking stick at Ahana Deol's wedding. 

Not just the actors, even Aishwarya Rai Bachchan suffered severe injuries while shooting for 'Khakee'. The former Miss World suffered a fracture on her left foot and deep bruises and got ten stitches as a speeding jeep lost control and hit her. Her now father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan was also present on the sets along with Akshay Kumar and Tusshar Kapoor. The actress was then flown in a private helicopter to Mumbai in the company of her mother and Senior Bachchan.
